The international hospital federation (www.ihf-fih.org) based in Ferney Voltaire (France) is opening a managing assistant position for a fix term contract of six months with perspective to move on to an open ended position.
Post is in an international environment and will be dedicated to administrative and management tasks for part time. There will be a growing responsibility in developing content in our web site in response to IHF members demand for information and evidence on hospitals.
Proficient English and French required as well as conversational Spanish. Excellent written and communication skills; strong capacity to take initiatives as well as to work in team required. Bachelor/master degree in administration or communication or a minimum of 5 years of similar experience in an international environment.
Annual gross salary around 28 K€ (plus complementary social coverage). Applicant should send a CV plus a letter in French and English indicating their motivation for such a position to info@ihf-fih.org before June 15th. Interviews will be organized 3rd week of June for shortlisted candidates.
